The Imperial Phoenix is the oldest and most powerful known dominion in the known universe, spanning across multiple star systems and even residing outside Encydros exploring other baelars.
To many they are considered to be the true ancients of the universe, having seeded many civilizations and watching them flourish into great empires across the cosmos.
Due to being the 2nd most technologically advanced, they refuse to share their technology with the other dominions due to fear of such an action possibly causing the dominions to end up destroying themselves from abusing it.
